Serving Groups of Leaders
We provide training in the Essentials of Ministry Leadership to small groups of pastors, missionaries and lay leaders. Our seminars are very practical, focused on the real-world issues faced by leaders in their lives and ministries. We limit the number of attendees so that our time together can be participatory, with an emphasis on group exercises, discussion, and self-assessment. Each attendee is encouraged to advance in their personal walk with Christ and in their practice of biblical leadership.
